Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement by a Bard)
This delicate silvery circlet was crafted by an elven wizard who served as a muse and paramour to a human bard whose life was destined to be filled with tremendous hardship but also wild adventure.
Upon attunement, the musical staff feature of the circlet sprouts ephemeral musical symbols that release like dandelion seeds and then dissipate into the Ethereal Plane. It glows softly and resonates pleasantly, both visibly and haptically with the rhythm of the wearer's musical spirit.
The crown has the following attributes:
- It grants the wearer +2 to Performance Checks
- It may act as a spellcasting focus
- While wearing this crown, As an Action you can expend charges to cast the following spells from it.
The crown has 20 charges for the following properties. The crown regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
Rhythm Nation

Range: 30 feet radius
Duration: Instantaneous
The Crown emanates a harmonious tune, a sweet groove, or a sick beat in a 30 ft. radius around the wearer. All hostile creatures must succeed on a DC15 Wisdom Saving Throw or be charmed by the wearer for one minute.
While charmed in this way, a creature must use it's movement to dance in place. The creature may repeat the save at the end of each of its turns.

Duration: 1 hour
You forge a telepathic link among up to eight willing creatures of your choice within range, psychically linking each creature to all the others for the duration. Creatures with Intelligence scores of 2 or less aren’t affected by this spell.
Until the spell ends, the targets can communicate telepathically through the bond whether or not they have a common language. The communication is possible over any distance, though it can’t extend to other planes of existence.

Duration: 1 hour
This spell grants the creature you touch the ability to understand any spoken language it hears. Moreover, when the target speaks, any creature that knows at least one language and can hear the target understands what it says.
Feeling the Groove
2nd-level divination (dunamancy) [3]
2 Charges for one target, +1 Charge for each additional target
Range: 60 feet
Duration: 1 hour
You impart latent luck to yourself or one willing creature you can see within range. When the chosen creature makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw before the spell ends, it can dismiss this spell on itself to roll an additional d20 and choose which of the d20s to use. Alternatively, when an attack roll is made against the chosen creature, it can dismiss this spell on itself to roll a d20 and choose which of the d20s to use, the one it rolled or the one the attacker rolled.
If the original d20 roll has advantage or disadvantage, the creature rolls the additional d20 after advantage or disadvantage has been applied to the original roll.
