1. A derisive, sometimes cold term for folks who are "outside."
   1. Usually that means they are "outside" your group of pals (or maybe your village or even your nation)
   2. But also sometimes, well sometimes it means outside of any reasonable conception of one's planar existence as even that existence exists on a manifold of other existences, from tantalizingly exotic, near-paradises to mind-shredding, broken and twisted manifestations that mock and torment. And each one terrifying in it's disturbing balance of "sameness" or "difference" - As such, it can be challenging to put into better words and a familiar term of "bogan" can help establish a frame of reference
      Often extremely dependent on both tone and context to fully understand in the moment.
